I've bought an FZR400RR type 4DX / 1993 in order to make a nice alloy framed RD500 for track day runs.

02/02/2008 I've developed a software to design the pipe based on G. P. Blair formulas (Prof. at QUB Belfast) which has worked on Mac Williams bike. It generates directly the DXF CAD files for the CNC cutting machine and the for the hydroforming process. |

27/10/2008 I've just received from BDK Engineering the rear height adjuster (bought from their ebay shop). They are famous for their knowledge on the FZR400RR but also on 2 strokes RD & RG series. |

26/03/2009 An idea, use some Venair MDT tubing in 50mm ID to connect the carburetors to an airbox behind the steering head. A length of 50cm represents a volume of 1l per carburetor thus it will lead to 6l. Any comments ? |
